Please Note: Only the owner on title as of January 1, 2020 may request a Notification of Assessed Value for the current roll year.

If you have previously opted-in please go to Login Page and enter your password to access account. If you have forgotten your password go to Forgot Password Page and follow the online instructions.

This email address already exists on the system. If you would like to Opt-In additional properties you own, please login with your existing account, and add them in Member Services.
  • NOTE: The APN and PIN are available on the Notification of Assessed Value Letter mailed at the end of June. If you did not receive the Notice you can request a duplicate notice be mailed to you by requesting online, contacting the Santa Clara County Assessor’s Office at or 408-299-5500.
  • If you decide to opt-out of this service, we will require you to log in one last time so as to validate your identity. From the log in page there are easy instructions on how to opt-out of this service.
